ALL parental choices affect children badly and in good ways too. Nothing is clear cut. This happens in monog families as well as poly families. The best any parent can do is teach the kids how to respect themselves and pick themselves up when they fall down. This is called "thinking". Thinking is far more valuable than "believing" because it's something we do for ourselves as opposed to others doing it for us. To say that beliefs are more valuable than thinking is detrimental to the maturation process of humans. IMO YMMV BTW... I LOVE this 'check the box to prove you're not a spammer'. so much easier than those squiggly lines. Thank you.
